🔴 Problem Description & Symptoms
Mrs. Sunita Verma (Aliganj Sector B) ne report kiya ki unka 4 saal purana Samsung double door refrigerator ajeeb tarike se behave kar raha tha:
- Upar wale freezer cabin me ice achhi jam rahi thi aur ice cream theek thi.

🔍 Inspection & Technical Diagnosis
Fridge ka compressor aur inverter PCB normal chal raha tha. Hamare lead technician Mohd. Parvez ne freezer ka inner back cover open karke inspect kiya:
- Evaporator Coil Choking: Cooling coil ke upar 2-3 inch moti baraf (frost block) jami hui thi jisne air circulation fan ke duct ko completely block kar diya tha. Is wajah se thandi hawa niche cabin me travel nahi kar pa rahi thi.
- Component Testing: Multimeter se Defrost Heater, Bimetal Thermostat aur Thermal Fuse check kiya gaya. Defrost sensor ki reading normal 5k ohms ke bajay open circuit show kar rahi thi.
🟢 The Repair & Testing
Problem bilkul clear thi — auto-defrost cycle fail hone ki wajah se baraf jam rahi thi:
- Hot air blower se evaporator coil aur drain pan par jami baraf ko bina kisi coil damage ke melt kiya gaya.
- Faulty defrost sensor aur thermal fuse ko nikaal kar Samsung Genuine OEM Defrost Sensor Kit install kiya gaya.
- Drain line ko flush karke test kiya gaya taaki pani compressor tray me smoothly drip ho sake.
- Air damper duct test kiya gaya — bottom cabin me chilled airflow turant start ho gaya.
Result & Cost Benefit:
